Hello, welcome to my booking page! My name is Lovyn and I am a licensed esthetician and business owner based in downtown Oak Park. My services are focused on eyelashes, eyebrows, and skin treatments. I am in a private salon suite where I am able to provide a comfortable, relaxing experience for my clients. I became a student at Estelle Skincare & Spa Institute in February of 2022 and completed my program in December of the same year. I passed my state boards in January of 2023 and have been in service since February 2023. Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel appointment before the 24 hour window to avoid a cancellation fee.
Deposits are non refundable.
Failure to reschedule appointment before the 24 hour window will forfeit deposit required to reschedule.
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No-shows will no longer be able to book future appointments until fee is paid.
Late Policy: Clients have a 10 minute grace period. You must notify me if you are running late. Please keep in mind that the time will be deducted from your service and will be modified to compensate for the lost time.
